GLOW 210!!
It’s craaaazy to think back on the first day we came to class! Some, were quiet and timid waiting for class to begin, assuming the class was just another lecture, but boy were we ALL wrong. This class was filled with cooking projects, videos, fashion shows, aaand scavenger hunts! Sooo not the typical lecture class, but that’s in a gooood way!!
This class really did just become just a huge family. The past few weeks a big group of us would just meet up and hang out, sooo suprising actually. A majority of us have been getting dinner together, hanging out, doing homework together, and P-A-R-T-Y-ING, ahhhaha. (: Can I emphasize on the EATING!!!! I swear, after each meal, an hour later, I’ll either hear me, Iggy, or Tim just be like “I’m getting hungry again”. Then Sunny, “Man..all we do is eat”. I don’t know, I just have a feeling that I’ll see a lot of the same faces through summer, some people even live around the block from me! ahha. But this class definitely impacted me in several different ways and broadened my knowledge of Asian American culture. So thank you Irene, Brian, Jhesmine, Lauren, and all of GLOW 210.
