Text 4 May 8 notes MJ = Mah Jong

MAH JONG, probably in 6 out of 10 Chinese house holds. A fun game, which I use to think that my family members just liked to throw designed blocks out of the table and scream on top of their lungs.

As I got older, my family decided to teach me how to play the game of MAH JONG. I’ve got to say it is pretty addicting. There are 144 tiles, and each game you have to set up 4 rows tacks of 18 each and you put it in a square. and each player gets 13 tiles, besides the person who rolls the dice gets 14. Its like a game of cards, you pick and throw out the cards you dont need to help you make, for instance, house’s flesh’ and straights, and so on it’s hard to explain, But the game has been going on for years. And people now a days are still learning how to play it. My family members even taught other people that aren’t Chinese how to play, and they slowly learn the numbers and symbols of Chinese because of the game.

It’s a loud and intense game, especially when people decide to gamble.
