Who gon run this town tonight..?

We came into this class as strangers.
I admire Irene so much for giving students SO MUCH POWER and freedom. Even though there was scarce book work, the projects pushed us all to become leaders- to find what works for us, to go out of our way and educate ourselves. If we are able to educate ourselves and go out and grab the knowledge that we so deserve, in unity with our classmates, then we have already learned a skill that would last us a lifetime. More than anything, I feel empowered and blessed to have been in the class (for the days that I wasn’t absent) and to have gained so many new friendships. And of course it’s a given how well our group meshed together. From the four corners to the leaders to the first 10 seconds we stood facing each other, I knew this would blossom into something greater than group projects and emails. From the food, to the inside jokes, to the hookah, to the music, to the late nights and early mornings..  Turns out No MSG ain’t my group; they’re my fam.

So who gon run this town tonight?
WE ARE, yeah I said it WE ARE.
