AMY, after I read that post, I realized that what you said is soooooooooooooooo true. I guess as an Asian, you just want to be respected, just for who you are. I use to talk to African American guys, and in the end, all they wanted was sex. Probably because of all those Asian Persuasion talk. it really sucked though when I really liked them too. I would always feel really really stupid, after I talk to them for a month, and they would go “so do you want to have sex?” the LAMEST way to ask, and the most ASSHOLEST move in the world. I use to never talk to Asian guys because majority of the ones I knew were short, and I am farrr from the definition of being short. but current boyfriend came along and showed me a whole new side of being in a relationship, with a SHORT Asian guy.
Yep, I gave in. I am currently in a relationship with an Asian guy that’s 4 inches shorter than me. I mean besides the height, every thing worked out. I mean people look at us awkwardly, but then I really don’t care. I’m not sorry I can’t walk around with a pretty boyfriend. As long as he treats me well, and loves me for me, that’s all that really matters.
