SOMETHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH ASIAN AMERICAN CULTURE!!
Oh well isnt’ that just convenient. BECAAAAUSE we just happened to travel through the city to find a lot of these places. (: Aaaaalriiight. So, Wednesday a big group of us headed to Japantown to check everything out. It was pretty sweet cause it wasn’t jsut No MSG, but we even had some 8mafia, one Rice Cream, one LEDUB, some ninja stars, and even uhm, I think that was it..ahha. We were so close to having all of No MSG, but then we were sadly missing one person, and we missed him the entire night. :| But anyways, We hit up Japantown and took toooooons of pictures that will be presented in the slideshow tomorrow. Lots of model pictures of the boys, haha.
OHOH. We took those PIKAPIKA pictures as well! It was so exciting cause I’ve never done one of those before, and, ahhh! It was just so exciting and fun, haha. But hellof hot inside man! I guess the record was liek thirty-eight people, and we had thirteen that day and my legs were BURNING squatting for so long, haha.
So Sunday comes along and we’re all meeting up again to check off more destinations on our list. I love how we agreed in class to meet up at ten, then eleven for the “asian timing” people. Buuuut almost everyone, well me defintiely, woke up at ten thirty, ahha. But I love how the majority of the group met up at 11:30, but we probably didn’t even leave the premises till 12:30, maaaybe even later, I’m not quite sure, haha. But we first headed off to Irving to get some gruuuub. (: I really enjoyed the savory vermicelli bowl that Michelle and I split, good call on Tim for recommending that restaurant! Then after lunch we went to iCafe for some boba! Yumm Yummm. I’m pretty sure after we ate and all, we were lottering around/outside of random bakeries/stores waiting for Sunny, Jhesmine, Lauren, and Joy, ahha. Man, was he busy that day, haha. It was sweet cause we all just kicked it around and go tot know one another better agian, haha. Oh yeah, Sunday consistend of No MSG, some Now or Laters, a lot of NInjas, one Rice Cream, two LEDUBs, 8mafia, and the lovely TAs!! Uhmm, IIIII think we had a total of twenty one people at some point of the day, but mainly seventeen most the times, haha. But after Irving, we hit up the TL saw Little Saigon, Chinatown, Union Square, Waterfalls, then dinner. I know there were more pit stops to look at everything, but I can’t remember the names of all of them right now, haha. Maybe I’ll come back to that. (: But yeah, loooooots and lots of walking, haha. I don’t know about everyone else, but I was poooooped out. If we had to walk back to the cars I would have just asked someone to carry me back, ahha. But yeah, I think we left when the sun was setting, haha. All in all, Sunday was a huge success and super fun!
